Splash & Spa Tamaro offers different entry options designed for families, adults, and visitors of all ages, allowing you to customize your experience of water fun and SPA relaxation.

Ticket types:

SPLASH – Access to pools and slides
Ideal for families, children, teenagers, and adults who want to enjoy water attractions.
Includes access to all indoor and outdoor pools, heated pools, the children’s area, and slides for all ages (with height restrictions for safety reasons).
SPLASH + SPA – Full access to pools, slides, and SPA
Perfect for those who want to combine fun, relaxation, and wellness.
Access to the SPA is allowed from age 14 when accompanied by an adult and from age 16 independently.

All entry options can be purchased online or directly at the ticket desk.
Children up to 5 years enter free of charge, and convenient family packages are available for families with children aged 6 to 1.

The entrance ticket covers access to pools and slides (and SPA, if included in the package).
There are no hidden costs, but there are optional paid services:

Towels and bathrobes are not included in tickets—unless explicitly stated—and can be rented on-site; alternatively, they can be brought from home;
Flip-flops can be purchased on-site or brought from home;
Massages and beauty treatments are not included in the entrance ticket, except for specific SPA packages;
Food and drinks at the bar and restaurant are not included. Any consumption will be charged to the electronic wristband provided at entry and paid at exit;
The outdoor parking area is subject to hourly/daily rates.

The time tracking system starts from the moment you pass the turnstiles until you exit (time for changing, showering, and eating is included).
We know that watching the clock is not relaxing! That’s why, if you wish to stay longer, there is no problem and you don’t need to inform anyone: the system will automatically add a small surcharge for every additional 30 minutes, which you can conveniently pay when leaving.
Tip: if you want to enjoy your day without worrying about time, the “Day ticket” is always the best choice.

To fully enjoy your day of fun and relaxation at Splash & Spa Tamaro, you only need a swimsuit, flip-flops, and a towel.
Towels and bathrobes can also be rented on-site and are included in the DAY SPA offer and selected SPA packages.
Swim caps are not required.

During weekends, holidays, and school vacations, attendance may be higher, but the large size of the facility and safety limits on admissions always allow guests to enjoy the many attractions comfortably.
If you are looking for complete peace and quiet, we suggest two options: visit on weekdays (Monday to Friday) or choose to add access to the SPA area. As it is reserved for guests aged 16 and over and physically separated from the fun area, the SPA maintains a calm and quiet atmosphere even during peak times.

Splash & Spa Tamaro is accessible to all ages:

Ages 6–15: access to SPLASH area (pools and slides) with youth rate
Adults 16+: access to the entire facility (SPLASH + SPA)

Guests aged 14 and over may access the SPA if accompanied by an adult.
