Splash e SPA is open daily from 11:00 to 21:00. The slides open at 12:00 noon. Changes to the official opening hours will be announced on the website and on our social media channels.

The Splash e SPA Tamaro is located in Rivera-Bironico, in the canton of Ticino, Switzerland.

The facility is easy to reach by car and public transport.

A2 Milano - S. Gottardo motorway, Rivera exit, 200 metres in the direction of Rivera.

Public transport
We are only 300 metres from the Rivera-Bironico railway station.

No reservation is required for admission: you can buy tickets online or come directly to our ticket counters.

We recommend booking massages and beauty treatments in advance to ensure availability.

There are two types of admission:

SPLASH: includes access to the attraction pools and the slide area.

SPLASH + SPA: in addition to access to the pools and the slides, it also gives access to the SPA area. Access to the SPA is permitted from the age of 14 accompanied by an adult and from the age of 16 alone.

For each type of entry, you can choose a 2-hour, 4-hour, day or evening admission (17:00 - 21:00).

You will need a swimming costume and shower slippers.

Towel and bathrobe can be brought from home or rented at the facility (included in the price if you book the DAY SPA offer or a SPA package).

You do not require a bathing cap.

You can pay in cash (Swiss francs or Euros*) or by credit card.

* Only banknotes are accepted, the change is in Swiss francs.

Splash e SPA Tamaro is open in all weather conditions. All indoor and outdoor pools are heated and accessible even in rain, snow and cold. The outdoor pools are only closed during thunderstorms for safety reasons. All slides are indoors and therefore accessible even in bad weather.

It is compulsory to wear a swimming costume in the SPA (saunas, steam baths, etc.) at all times.

Splash e SPA Tamaro is accessible to all ages.

- Children aged 5 and under: admission free of charge with access to the pool area, where you will also find the children's area.

- Children aged 6–15 years: can access the SPLASH area (pools and water slides) and pay the reduced children's rate. Children aged 12 and older can access the SPLASH area without an adult. Children aged 14 and older can access the SPA area in accompaniment of an adult.

- Adults aged 16+: can access the entire facility (SPLASH + SPA).

- Families benefit from our attractive family packages.

There is a self-service restaurant and a pool bar. There is a bar service in the SPA.

It is not permitted to bring food and drinks from outside.

For safety reasons, there is a minimum age and height requirement to use the waterslides. Both requirements must be met.

- Mania: aged 6 (accompanied by an adult) and 120 cm
- Wash Machine: aged 8 (accompanied by an adult) and 130 cm
- Tunnel of Horror: aged 8 and 130 cm
- Black Night: aged 8 and 130 cm
- Gravity Killer: aged 12 and 140 cm
- Twister: aged 6 and 120 cm
- Cannon Bowl: aged 8 (accompanied by an adult) and 130 cm

Gift vouchers can be purchased at our ticket counters during opening hours and in our online shop.

The CHF 50 and 100 gift vouchers are also available at major post offices in Ticino.

Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase (except for vouchers sold on special occasions and at a reduced price, which may have a shorter validity period).

The expiry date is always indicated on the voucher.

As of 12 years of age they can only access the SPLASH area.

As of 16 years of age they can also access the SPA area.

Vouchers (e.g. CHF 50, CHF 100, etc.) can be used for all purchases at the facility: admissions, massages, treatments, food and beverages. Other vouchers can be used for the above services or redeemed for their corresponding value.

If the voucher has a lower value than the purchase, the difference can be paid; if the voucher has a higher value than the purchase, a new voucher will be issued with the remaining value.
